Update 12th January 2021

Further information has been requested from the applicant, by PKC planning,  and I have been advised that this is due to be submitted within the next couple of weeks.  Once this has been received a further period of neighbour consultation/re-advertisement will be undertaken to invite comments on the additional information.

Update 9th Feruary 2021

New submissions received by PKC.  In essence a Code of Conduct has been added.  If you have objected to this plan please look and consider if it addresses your concerns, if not let PKC know. If you have any observations on the code let Community Council know.  chair@kenmore-and-district-cc.org.uk

National Planning Framework 4

The Scottish Government has published a range of resources to assist communities to engage with the development of National Planning Framework 4.

These include:

- dates of Scotland2050 Roadshow events across the country;

- materials for communities to help them develop their own responses to the Call for Ideas;

- details of a Community Grant Fund to support and enable communities to come together to host their own NPF4 events .
